Portrayed in the image is a hand holding a paper plane about to take flight. Paper planes have a simple design, but many considerations and care must be taken if one wishes to build a good paper plane. One that flies well, flies high and flies long. The same applies when building/rebuilding or healing a community. The paper plane itself represents a dove which can be a symbol of freedom, peace, and love.
